National Bank approves report on results of National company Food contract corporation shares offering in period from June 14 to December 4, 2014

/KASE, February 2, 15/ – National company "Food contract corporation" JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of January 16, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering of the company shares. According to the letter provided: - National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of the company's shares in the period from June 14 to December 4, 2014; - as of December 4, 2014 shares of the company were outstanding and paid for in full; its share capital was formed to the amount of KZT51,120,065,000.00.
