/KASE, February 4, 15/ – Central Asia Cement JSC (Temirtau), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) of June 6, 2014 according to which the National Bank approved the report
on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E319 (KZ2C00001840, KASE official list,
category "other debt securities", CACMb2) of Central Asia Cement JSC for the
period from November 5, 2012 to May 5, 2013.
According to letter provided the bonds were not offered in the period under
review. As of May 5, 2013 1,010,000 bonds remained unplaced.
