National Bank approves report on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y05E010 (KZ2C00001980, TXBNb7) of Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" for period from June 24 to December 23, 2014

/KASE, February 11, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 2, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y05E010 (KZ2C00001980, KASE official list, category "Other Debt Securities", TXBNb7) of Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC for the period from June 24 to December 23, 2014. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review; as of December 23, 2014 9,414,500,000 of the said bonds remained unplaced. [2015-02-11]
