/KASE, February 13, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission of February 11, 2015, the following bonds of
Almatinskie Elektricheskie Seti JSC (Almaty) were included in the Debt
Securities of Entities of Quasi-Public sector category of KASE official list:
- KZP10М52E422 (KZ2C00002830, KZT100, KZT1,870 bn; February 13, 2015 –
June 13, 2019, semi-annual coupon, 6.00 % APR, 30/360);
- KZP11М64Е425 (KZ2C00002822, KZT100, KZT1,870 bn; February 13, 2015 –
June 13, 2020, semi-annual coupon, 6.00 % APR, 30/360);
- KZP12М76E427 (KZ2C00002798, KZT100, KZT3.370 bn; February 13, 2015 –
June 13, 2021, semi-annual coupon, 6.00 % APR, 30/360).
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of February 13, 2015 after the
named issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trades in these bonds will be also announced additionally.
BCC Invest - subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) is the financial
advisor of Almatinskie Elektricheskie Seti JSC and representative of holders of
the mentioned bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) ALESb10, ALESb11 and
ALESb12 accordingly.
