/KASE, February 19, 15/ – Almatyenergosbyt LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter from National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) of February 12, 2015 on approval by the National Bank of the report on the
results of placement of bonds KZ2P0Y07D045 (KZ2P00001266, KASE official
list, Debt Securities of Entities from Quasi-Government Sector, AESOb1) of
Almatyenergosbyt LLP for the period from July 3, 2014 to January 2, 2015.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
said period. As of January 2, 2015, 359,589,313 bonds remained unplaced.
