/KASE, February 20, 15/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated February 10, 2015 according to which, the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP05Y05D213
(KZ2C00002657, KASE official list, Other Debt Securities, CCBNb25) of Bank
CenterCredit JSC in period from October 26 to December 29, 2014.
According to the letter provided, within the period under review 149,795,000 of
the said bonds were placed. As of December 30, 2014 the said bonds were fully
placed.
