National company KazMunayGaz says agency Standard & Poor's downgraded company ratings, negative outlook

/KASE, February 23, 15/ – National company KazMunayGaz JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by
an official letter informed KASE of the following:

... Rating agency Standard & Poor's downgraded long-term credit rating of
National company KazMunayGaz JSC (hereinafter - KMG) from "BBB-" to "BB+".
The rating change outlook – negative.
The rating actions with regards to KMG have been taken as a result of a
downgrade of the sovereign credit rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan which
took place on February 9, 2015.
