/KASE, February 24, 15/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the
bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National bank of
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 18, 2015 of approval of
the report on results of offering of the bank's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) approved the
report on results of the offering of the bank's shares in the period from
June 16 to December 15, 2014;
- during the period under review no bank shares were offered; as of December 16,
2014 98,293,945 ordinary of the bank were unplaced; its share capital was
equal to KZT69,751,178,600.00.
