/KASE, February 25, 15/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
copies of registered changes and additions in the issue prospectus of the its
bonds KZP01Y05E608 (KZ2C00002509, KASE official list, Other Debt Securities
category, ATFBb9) and a certificate of state registration of a securities issue
of February 10, 2015 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes and additions in the bank's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to change of the circulation period
of the said bonds;
- the circulation period of the said bonds was extended from five to ten years;
- the said bonds issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities
under No. Е60-1.
