Qazaq Banki increases share capital to KZT12.4 bn

/KASE, February 26, 15/ – Qazaq Banki JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press-release:

Kazakh commercial bank – Qazaq Вanki JSC (hereinafter – the Bank) – has
increased its share capital by KZT1.3 through offering of 1,300,000 ordinary
shares of the Bank with a face value of KZT1,000 each amongst broad public.
The capital increase follows the decision of the Board of Directors taken on
December 24, 2014.
Following the offering the Bank's share capital increased by 12% (KZT1.3 bn)
making KZT12.4 bn, accordingly the equity capital increased to KZT13.3 bn. The
Bank is supposed to increase its capitalization as part of its development
strategy.

of capital will allow us to extend the volumes of banking operations, increase
the funding of local enterprises and develop new lines of business", – said
Mirlan Tashmetov, Chairman of Management Board of Qazaq Вanki JSC.
