Special general meeting of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid shareholders due March 19, 2015

/KASE, February 27, 15/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid JSC (Aktau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on March 19, 2015 at 15:00 o'clock a special general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin with the following agenda: - on approval of the Company's Corporate Governance Code; - on early termination of powers of a member of the Company's Management Board, defining the term of office and salary. The mentioned meeting will be held at the company office near poultry plant, Aktau. Participant registration will be carried out from 14:45 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the said meeting will be drawn up as of March 9, 2015.
