Qazaq Banki says branch was imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, March 2, 15/ – Qazaq Banki JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "Aktobe State revenues department issued with regard to three Bank a Resolution No. 000043 on imposing an administrative sanction in form of a penalty to the amount of KZT582,982 for committing a violation provided for in part 1 article 285 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (untimely notification on opening of bank accounts to the taxpayer)".
