/KASE, March 2, 15/ – Subsidiary of BTA Bank joint-stock company – Insurance company London-Almaty JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "the powers of Gulmira Prmanshayeva and Sergey Gavrilov as members of the Management Board of the Company from February 28, 2015 were terminated (resignation statements of January 12, 2015 and January 9, 2015)."
