listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed

On February 26, 2015 International rating agency Standard & Poor's affirmed the
long-term and short-term ratings of the Bank at level "В/В". The Rating on
national scale also remained at previous level – "kzBB+". Ratings outlook –
Stable.
