/KASE, March 4, 15/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by official letters from March
2, 2015 informed KASE of affirmation on February 26 by agency Standard & Poor's
of the bank's ratings, review of the outlook from stable to negative and
downgrading on February 27 of ratings of the bank's bonds of five issues.
