/KASE, March 6, 15/ – Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), securities of which
are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE
a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated February 23, 2015 on approval of the report on results of
placement of bonds KZP03Y07C299 (KZ2C00000719, EXBNb3; KASE official list,
"other debt securities" category) of Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC for the period
from July 14, 2014 to January 13, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; 55,606,800 pieces of the said bonds remained unplaced as of
January 13, 2015.
