/KASE, March 6, 15/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid JSC (Aktau), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 20, 2015, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds
KZP06Y10B660 (KZ2C00002020, KASE official list, Debt Securities of Entities
from Quasi-Government Sector category, MREKb7) of Mangistau Distribution
Power Grid for period from May 18 to November 17, 2014.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period; as of November 17, 2014, 20,000,000 bonds remained unplaced.
