/KASE, March 10, 15/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the
Company), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 27, 2015 on approval by
the National Bank of the report on results of placement of bonds
KZP03Y09C287 (KZ2C00002749, KASE official list, Debt Securities of Entities
from Quasi-Government Sector category, KAFIb3) of KazAgroFinance JSC for
the period from July 16, 2014 to January 16, 2015.
According to the letter provided, 37,500 of the said bonds remained unplaced as
of January 16, 2015.
