Central-Asian power-energy company moves general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, CTECb1) from March 18, 2015 to April 23, 2015

/KASE, March 13, 15/ – Central-Asian power-energy company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE the general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CTECb1) scheduled for March 18 was moved to April 23, 2015, 14:00 o'clock. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of changing terms of issue of the mentioned bonds. The meeting will be held at 115 Bogenbai batyr street, conference-hall of Grand hotel Tyan-Shan, Almaty. The list of bondholders entitled to participation in the said meeting will be drawn up as of April 23, 2015. In case of no quorum, a repeated meeting will be held on April 24, 2015 at the same time in the same place.
