Board decision, from March 18, 2015 trades in the following bonds of

sector:

entities of the quasi-state sector" category, ALESb10, KZT100, KZT1,870 bn;
February 13, 2015 – June 13, 2019, semi-annual coupon 6.00 % APR,
30/360);
- KZP11М64Е425 (KZ2C00002822, KASE official list, "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-state sector" category, ALESb11, KZT100, KZT1,870 bn;
February 13, 2015 – June 13, 2020, semi-annual coupon 6.00 % APR,
30/360);
- KZP12М76E427 (KZ2C00002798, KASE official list, "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-state sector" category, ALESb12, KZT100, KZT3.370 bn;
February 13, 2015 – June 13, 2021, semi-annual coupon 6.00 % APR,
30/360).
The mentioned bonds are quoted in KASE trading system accurate within the
fourth decimal of the bond's "dirty" price, expressed in percentage of the
debt's face value.
BCC Invest JSC - subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) is
the financial advisor to Almatinskie Elektricheskie Seti and representative of
holders of the mentioned bonds.
The mentioned bonds were included in KASE official list's "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-state sector" category from February 13, 2015.
