/KASE, March 18, 15/ – Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the
Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of "receiving a loan by the
joint stock company in the amount constituting twenty five percent or more of
the Company's equity."
