/KASE, March 19, 15/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage
Company" JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the
National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of March 6, 2015 on
approval of the report on results of offering of bonds KZ2C0Y05E529
(KZ2C00002152, KASE official list, Debt Securities of Entities from Quasi-
Government Sector category, KZIKb26) of Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan
Mortgage Company" JSC for the period from July 27, 2014 to January 26, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds have been offered in the period under
consideration. As of January 27, 2015 8,385,340,000 of the mentioned bonds
remained unplaced.
