Annual general meeting of Credit Association ORDA Credit partners scheduled for March 30, 2015

/KASE, March 20, 15/ – Credit Association ORDA Credit LLP (Shymkent, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an annual general meeting of its partners will start on March 30, 2015 at 11:00 o'clock with the following Agenda: - Management Board report on implementation of 2014 expenses and income budget; - approval of expenses and income budget of the Company for 2015; - approval of annual financial statements of the Company for 2014 and distribution of the Company's net income; - approval of the Company's accounting policies; - approval of the Company's tax policy. The meeting shall be held at 47 Gani Ilyaev str., Shymkent. Participants shall be registered from 10:00 o'clock. In case of no quorum the repeated meeting shall be held on March 31, 2015 at 10:00 o'clock at the above address.
