/KASE, March 26, 15/ – AMF Group JSC (Astana), securities of which are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) of March 6, 2015 on approval of the report on results of
placement of bonds KZP01Y07D994 (KZ2C00001592, KASE official list, other
debt securities category, AKFIb3) of AMF Group JSC in the period from July 27,
2014 to January 26, 2015.
According to the letter, the mentioned bonds were not placed in the reporting
period. As of January 27, 2015, 2,270,000 bonds remained unplaced.
