/KASE, March 30, 15/ – Corporation Tsesna (Astana), shares of which are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) of February 27, 2015 on approval by the National Bank of the report on
results of placement of bonds KZP01Y07D713 (KZ2C00000149, KASE official list,
"other debt securities" category, TSNAb2) of Corporation Tsesna JSC in the
period from July 19, 2014 to January 18, 2015.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not placed in the
reporting period. As of January 19, 2015, 8,000,000,000 bonds remained
unplaced.
