/KASE, March 31, 15/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has by an official letter informed KASE that following a decision of its Board
of Directors of March 26, 2015 "Mikhail Yakunin was appointed the Chairman of
Board of Directors of SO Bank VTB (Kazakhstan)".
