/KASE, March 31, 15/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press-release:

On March 13, 2015 a loan agreement was signed between ATFBank JSC (hereinafter –
ATFBank) and Entrepreneurship development fund "DAMU" JSC (hereinafter – EDF
"Damu"). Under this agreement ATFBank was provided with KZT3 bn for the term of
20 years for consequent preferential lending of SME entities, operating in the
manufacturing industry. This is already a third tranche of Kazakhstan's
National Fund disbursed from EDF "Damu", being placed in second-tier banks. The
total amount of funds disbursed to banks as a third tranche makes up KZT50 bn.
