/KASE, April 8, 15/ – PAVLODARENERGO JSC (Pavlodar, hereinafter – the company), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2015. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common shares KZ1C49190016) is 200,000,000 pieces; - 166,639,957 shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder, and accordingly, the sole person holding five and more percent of company shares from the total number of outstanding shares of the company is Central Asian Energy Corporation JSC (Almaty).
