/KASE, April 8, 15/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a letter
from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of April 1,
2015 on approval by the National Bank of the report on results of offering of
bonds KZ2C0Y05E271 (KZ2C00001808, KASE official list, "other debt securities"
category, ATFBb8) of ATFBank JSC for the period from July 10, 2014 to
January 9, 2015.
According to the letter provided the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review; as of January 9, 2015, 473,891 bond remained unplaced.
