Tsesnabank says arrest was lifted from bank's funds

/KASE, April 10, 15/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on April 1, 2015 by a Resolution on cancelation of resolution of March 17, 2015 of a private bailiff of Astana enforcement district, a decision was taken to lift arrest from funds of Tsesnabank JSC to the amount of KZT29,756,445".
