/KASE, April 14, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Board of Directors of April 8, 2015 the following composition of the
Expert committee was approved (members of the committee are listed in the
order stipulated by the Regulations on the Expert committee):
- N. Abdrakhmanov, director of Department of control and surveillance of the
National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan, in case of his absence – D. Kalieva,
deputy director of Department of control and surveillance of the National Bank
of Republic of Kazakhstan;
- E. Nikiforova – deputy director of Department of surveillance of entities of
the securities market of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan, in
case of her absence – G. Kulikov, head of remote surveillance unit No. 1 of
Department of surveillance of entities of the securities market of the
National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan;
- I. Sabitov, First Vice-President of KASE;
- M. Tashmetov, Chairman of Management Board of Qazaq Вanki JSC, independent
director of KASE, (Chairman of Expert committee);
- D. Karabaev, deputy Chairman of Management Board of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC, (person entitled to substitute the Chairman of Expert
committee in case of his absence or emergence of a conflict of interests);
persons entitled to substitute members of the Expert committee from the
Exchange's Board of Directors in case of their absence or emergence of a
conflict of interests:
- E. Abdrazakov, general director of Centras Capital LLP;
- A. Joldasbekov, chairman of Board of Directors, independent director of
Central Securities Depository JSC;
- Zh. Kurmanov, member of Board of Directors, independent director of
Central Securities Depository, member of Board of Directors, independent
director of Integrated securities registrar, independent director of KASE;
- V. Kyshpanakov, deputy Chairman of Management Board of BCC Invest –
subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC;
- A. Nukushev, member of Board of Directors of Kazakstan Zholdary JSC,
independent director of KASE;
- Z. Abitaeva, head of surveillance unit of KASE;
- A. Kariyagin, Chairman of Management Board of Investment house "Astana-Invest".
