Bonds KZP01Y05E939 (KZ2C00003168, EUBNb15) and KZP02Y07E933 (KZ2C00003176, EUBNb16) of Eurasian Bank underwent listing on KASE in category Other Debt Securities

/KASE, April 16, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of April 15, 2015, the following bonds of Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty) were included in the "other debt securities" category of KASE official list: - KZP01Y05E939 (KZ2C00003168, KZT100, KZT50.0 bn; 5 years; fixed semi-annual coupon, 8.5 % APR; 30/360); - KZP02Y07E933 (KZ2C00003176, KZT100, KZT50.0 bn; 7 years; fixed semi-annual coupon 9.5 % APR; 30/360); The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issues of the mentioned bonds are the first–second ones under the third bond program of Eurasian Bank JSC, registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on March 13, 2015 to the total amount of KZT500.0 bn, and accordingly, the 15-th–16-th issues of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) EUBNb15 and EUBNb16 accordingly.
