/KASE, April 17, 15/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated April 15, 2015
ordinary shares KZ1C54500018 (ISIN – KZ1C00001106) and preferred shares
KZ1P54500114 (ISIN – KZ1P00001119) of ASYL-INVEST JSC (Almaty) were included in
the second category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of April 17, 2015 since the
issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE-based trading in these shares will also be announced
additionally.
The said shares have been assigned abbreviation (trade code) ASYL and ASYLp
accordingly.
