ATFBank announces launch of new service for individuals – personal client workstation

/KASE, April 17, 15/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are listed on the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release:

With the view to promote and develop ATF24 Internet Banking system, ATFBank
JSC (hereinafter – the ATFBank) offers individual clients to try a new service:
a personal client workstation equipped with a PC connected to the ATF24
Internet Banking system and ATFBank’s website. New service is now available in
all central outlets of ATFBank branch network.
"Until recently, ATMs and terminals were the main self-service tools available.
Now we added a new element – a customer personal work place. When visiting a
Bank’s outlet any customer is able perform all necessary transactions via ATF24
Internet Banking system on a separate PC. In addition our staff will provide the
necessary advice to new clients with regards to registration and work with
Internet banking during their first visit to our outlets", – according to Nelia
Massanova, Director of Network Regional Development Department.
The self-service area and a personal workspace are available to all clients with
any ATFBank payment card.
With a new format of the self-service areas the new clients as well as clients
not having the skills of using the Internet banking system, now have an
opportunity to get acquainted with the functionality of ATF24 system and other
ATFBank services. These customers in the central outlets of the Bank will be
offered a quick practical advice. If necessary, the Bank's staff will help
registering in ATF24 system and perform a brief training on the use of personal
account remote control channels.
So now in the areas of self-service ATFBank clients via remote channels are able
independently make the most popular banking transactions: wire transfers within
Kazakhstan; obtaining information about the balance in current and card
accounts; payment for services; viewing cash flow
