listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press-release:

On April 20, 2015, the official signing of a bank loan agreement between
between ATFBank JSC (hereinafter – ATFBank) and Development Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC in the framework of domestic auto industry support funding
program (hereinafter – the Program) using the funds of the National Fund of the
Republic of Kazakhstan. The limit approved for ATFBank for further lending to
individuals for purchase of domestic assembly cars made up KZT2 bn. Total
amount allocated under the Program to second-tier banks is KZT15 bn.
