KazMunaiGas Exploration Production provides KASE with extract from shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2015

/KASE, April 23, 15/ – KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2015. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C51460018 is 70,220,935 units, preferred shares – 4,136,107 units; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 2,527,860 common shares and 2,073,147 preferred shares; - in the nominal holding of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) there are 24,137,826 common shares of the company (32.46 % of the total number of the company's outstanding shares); - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Astana), owning 43,087,006 common shares of the company (57.95 % of the total number of the company's outstanding shares or 61.36 % of the total number of the company's outstanding common shares).
