National Bank approves report on results of offering of ForteBank bonds KZP07Y10C336 (KZ2C00000461, TEBNb18) from August 6, 2014 to February 5, 2015

/KASE, April 24, 15/ – ForteBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 19, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP07Y10C336 (KZ2C00000461, KASE official list, other debt securities category, TEBNb18) of ForteBank JSC for the period from August 6, 2014 to February 5, 2015. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period. As of February 5, 2015, 328,343,857,070 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced. [2015-04-24]
