/KASE, April 27, 15/ – National atomic company "Kazatomprom" JSC (Astana,
hereinafter – the Issuer), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on April 22, 2015
as part of a rating review rating agency Moody's Investors Service affirmed the
issuer rating of NAC Kazatomprom at level "Ваа3" and rating of unsecured
securities with preemptive right of claim at level "Ваа3", outlook "Stable".
