KEGOC provides KASE with extract from system of registries of shareholders as of April 1, 2015

/KASE, April 27, 15/ – Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company "KEGOC" JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an extract from the system of registries of holders of its shares as of April 1, 2015. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (only ordinary shares KZ1C34930012) makes 260,000,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five and more percent of the total number of outstanding shares of the company is Sovereign wealth fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC (Astana), holding 234,000,001 share of the company (90.00 % of the total number of outstanding shares of the company).
