Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia announces change in bank management

/KASE, April 29, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of March 18, 2015 powers of Deputy Chairman of Management Board of SB Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia Shukhrat Sadyrov are terminated early as of April 30, 2015, based on the submitted application for termination of the labor agreement at the employee's request".
