/KASE, May 14, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of May 14, 2015, the following bonds of Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty) were included in the "other debt securities" category of KASE official list: - KZP02Y03D785 (KZ2C00003184, KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; 3 years; fixed semi- annual coupon, 8.0 % APR; 30/360); - KZP03Y05D788 (KZ2C00003192, KZT100, KZT2.5 bn; 5 years; fixed semi- annual coupon 8.0 % APR; 30/360); The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issues of the mentioned bonds are the second–third ones under the first bond program of Kazinvestbank JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on May 25, 2011 to the total amount of KZT11.5 bn, and accordingly, the 6-th–7-th issues of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Nurbank subsidiary MONEY EXPERTS JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) KIBNb6 and KIBNb7 accordingly.
