/KASE, May 14, 15/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of April 15, 2015, the
following bonds of Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty) were included in the other debt
securities category of KASE official list:
- KZP01Y05E939 (KZ2C00003168, KZT100, KZT50.0 bn; May 14, 2015 – May 14, 2020;
fixed semi-annual coupon, 8.5 % APR; 30/360);
- KZP02Y07E933 (KZ2C00003176, KZT100, KZT50.0 bn; May 14, 2015 – May 14, 2020;
fixed semi-annual coupon, 9.5 % APR; 30/360);
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of May 14, 2015 after the named
issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Eurasian Capital JSC (Almaty) is the underwriter of Eurasian Bank.
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the
mentioned bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) EUBNb15 and EUBNb16
accordingly.
