National company KazMunayGaz drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, May 18, 15/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter of November 14, 2014 informed KASE that following a resolution of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2015 the company was drawn to administrative responsibility for "Administrative violations taking the form of failure to meet the obligation on disclosure of information according to the procedure and on terms determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan responsibility for which is provided for in article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations".
