Delta Bank drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, May 18, 15/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its having been drawn to administrative responsibility following a decision of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2015 "according to clause 262 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (multiple (two and more times within twelve consecutive months) violation by the professional market participant and securities trade operator of requirements set by the legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan for their activities) and imposing of a penalty of 300 (three hundred) monthly calculation indices".
