Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank reports administrative sanction imposed

/KASE, May 26, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE on imposition on it by the Resolution of the National Bank of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2015 of an administrative penalty for "repeated (two or more times during twelve consecutive calendar months) violation by the Bank (as a professional securities market participant) of the requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Bank's operations)".
