Kazkommertsbank announces changes in Management Board

/KASE, May 28, 15/ – Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release: quote JSC Kazkommertsbank ("KKB" or "The Bank") (LSE: KKB; KASE: KKGB), one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, today announces the following changes to its Management Board: Mr. Alexander Yakushev voluntarily resigned from his position as Managing Director and Director of Akmola branch, effective from 25 May 2015. Ms. Gulnar Shoinbekova was elected a new member of the Management Board, subject to receiving relevant regulatory authorisation. She will also resume her responsibilities as the Bank’s Chief Accountant. Ms. Gulnar Shoinbekova has served as Chief Accountant of JSC Kazkommertbank since 2006, supervising the Bank's accounting and reporting functions. From 1994 to 2006, Ms. Shoinbekova held various positions in Operations, Accounting and Reporting Departments at JSC Kazkommertsbank. She is a graduate of Almaty Institute of National Economy (1983) and holds the Certificate of Professional Accounting of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2011). Agreeing of the new member of the Management Board will be carried out by the Bank according to the procedure and in time specified by the legislation.
