officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE "of affirmation by Rating agency "KZ-rating" LLP of the current
rating of Golden Compass Capital JSC as of May 4, 2015 at level "А-" on the
national scale and "ВВ" on the international scale; outlook "stable".
