/KASE, June 2, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Management Board as of June 2, 2015 trades in bonds KZP01Y10E533 (KZ2C00002426,
KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CAEPb1) of Central Asian
Electric Energy Corporation JSC (Almaty) were suspended on KASE.
This decision was taken in accordance with item 6 of article 18-2 of the Act of
Republic of Kazakhstan "On Securities Market".
Trading has been suspended until receipt by KASE of information on publication
of a decision of the general meeting of holders of the said bonds of June 2,
2015.
