National company KazMunayGaz announces upcoming partial buyback of 8.0 mln bonds KZ2C0Y10D596 (KZ2C00000156, KMGZb2)

/KASE, June 4, 15/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE "of a seventh (in a row) partial buyback of indexed coupon bonds of the second issue (NIN:KZ2C0Y10D596) in the number of 8 million pieces in accordance with the bond issue prospectus scheduled for July 19, 2015". Since July 19, 2015 falls on a day-off in Kazakhstan (Sunday), the bonds buyback is carried out on the working day preceding the calendar day which is the day-off, i.e. July 17, 2015 (Friday)".
