/KASE, June 9, 15/ – Qazaq Banki JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following information statement:

Qazaq Banki JSC (hereinafter - the Bank) is strengthening its position in the
local financial market, having carried out the second round of capitalization
since the beginning of the year. In accordance with the decision of
shareholders, the Bank successfully placed 6,792,074 ordinary shares with
nominal value of KZT1,000 among unlimited number of investors, resulting in
increase in the authorized capital of the Bank by 55% (KZT6,792,074,000) and
amounted to KZT19.2 bn. In turn, shareholders' equity increased to KZT21 bn.
